Jamie Jones

COO

Jamie Jones is the Chief Operating Officer of Capital Aggregates. With 20+ years of experience on the Capital team, Jamie has held various roles within the company giving him diverse and extensive operational knowledge of the aggregates industry. Previously, Jamie was a Project Manager at Environmental Consulting & Remediation, Inc. His hard-working nature helps him lead our growing aggregates team through the ever-changing markets and economy. Jamie serves as a Board Member for the Missouri Limestone Producers Association. He received a Bachelor of Science from Missouri S&T where he studied Geological Engineering.

Chris Williams

VP of Operations

Chris Williams is the Vice President of Operations of Capital Aggregates. A strong leader with a broad understanding of the aggregates industry, Chris brings years of experience and knowledge to the Capital Aggregates team. Previously, Chris was the Vice President of Aggregate Operations at Erlen Group. He began his career as a truck driver in a quarry and has worked his way up to the position he is in now. Chris actively participates in various industry-related organizations where he serves as a Board Member for the Missouri Limestone Producers Association, a Board Member for the Missouri Minerals Education Foundation, and a Commission Member for Missouri Mining Commission. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University.

VP of Sales

Sam Lock is the Vice President of Sales of Capital Aggregates. A passionate leader who guides his team with integrity at the forefront, Sam’s goal is to deliver premium products and quality customer service to our customers. Sam manages and oversees the sales operations within our company and has always valued being a part of a team. Previously, Sam worked as a Regional Operations Manager at Midwest Block & Brick where he oversaw manufacturing facilities in multiple states. With many years of experience and knowledge, Sam serves as a valuable teammate who continues to push our operations into new markets. Sam received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Central Missouri.

Ericka Baxter

Operations Manager - Capital Materials

Ericka Baxter is the Operations Manager of Capital Materials. With 22+ years of experience in the field, her knowledge and determination make her a fearless leader and strong asset to the Capital team. Ericka’s passion and commitment to improving sustainability efforts within in the industry is unmatched. She is the first woman to serve as the Chair of NSSGA's Young Leader Group, the Chair for MLPA's Environmental Committee, and an Air Commissioner for the State of Missouri. Previously, Ericka was the Senior Environmental Director for another aggregate company where she oversaw operations in multiple states. Ericka holds a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from Missouri State University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering with an Emphasis in Sustainability from Webster University.

Travis Kinsley is the Operations Manager of Capital Quarries. A strategic leader with a deep understanding of controlling operations, Travis focuses on achieving long term objectives, increasing productivity, maximizing profitability, and ensuring professional development for our team. Previously, Travis was employed with the United States Army Special Operations where he was able to take advanced leadership courses which taught him the skills to lead and manage a team effectively. Travis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University.

Jason Branstetter

Regulatory Compliance/Special Projects

Jason Branstetter serves the Capital Aggregates team as the Director of Regulatory Compliance and Special Projects. Previously, Jason was a part of the State DOT organization working in the district materials division where his passion for the aggregate industry began. Jason has been on the Capital team for 25 years. He is an active member of the Inland River Ports and Terminals Association, the Missouri Limestone Producers Association, Heartland Port Authority of Central Missouri, and the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts and Technology from the University of Central Missouri.
